Without MOVE app

  1. Scan the QR code of the desired charging station with your camera.
  2. Follow the instructions on your phone.

On the MOVE app

  1. Download the MOVE Mobility app to your phone from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the "Activation" view.
  3. Scan the QR code or enter the number of the charging station.
  4. Follow the instructions on your phone.
Start the charging process
  1. Connect the cable to the car.
  2. Plug the cable into the charging point and hold the RFID card or RFID badge in front of the reader to start the charging process.

Is the charging point locked? Hold the RFID card or RFID badge in front of the RFID reader and then connect the cable to the charging point.

Stop charging
  1. To stop the charging process, hold the same RFID card or RFID badge in front of the RFID reader.
  2. Disconnect the cable
Could the charging process not be started?

If the charging process cannot be started via the badge or RFID card, try starting the charging process via our MOVE app.

Download the MOVE Mobility app to your phone from the App Store or Google Play.

Start the download process

  1. Open the app and log in with a MOVE account.
  2. Under "Profile", check whether the correct subscription for the MOVE app is active.
  3. Scan the QR code of the corresponding charging point under "Activation" or search for the station in the "Map" view and select the corresponding charging point.
  4. Allow the charging process to start.
Stop the charging process
  1. Click on "Charging" and on "Stop charging process"
  2. The station needs a moment to transfer the data before the charge appears in "Charges".
